5. Subscription Services (Smart Start)

By confirming your subscription to any Smart Start Package, you agree to the following:

• Commitment: All Smart Start plans require a 1-year (12-month) commitment.
• Billing: You will be charged the one-time Setup Fee plus your first monthly installment immediately, as specified by your selected plan (Starter, Standard, or Premium). Subsequent monthly payments will be charged automatically.
• Included Credits: Each plan includes a specific monthly communication credit allowance (Starter: $20/mo, Standard: $40/mo, Premium: $75/mo). Any usage exceeding this amount will be billed at standard pass-through overage rates.
• Authorization: You authorize Accurate Digital Solutions to charge your provided payment method for future recurring payments in accordance with these terms until the commitment is fulfilled or the subscription is cancelled per our standard cancellation policy.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
