SAMPLE SCENARIO — CAMPGROUNDS & RV PARKS

A 214-site park moved off
three booking tools.

Reservations lived in one system, the site map in a spreadsheet, and guest messaging in a personal inbox. Peak-season double bookings were a weekly event. We deployed Reservation Start in four weeks.

FIG. 01 — THE SITUATION

Three systems, one park

The reservation engine did not know about the site map, so long-rig guests were routinely assigned to sites they could not physically enter. Staff reconciled by hand every morning. Anything booked by phone after 5pm was written on paper and entered the next day — which is where the double bookings came from.
FIG. 02 — WHAT WE DID

One record per stay

Reservation Start went in with the real site map loaded, including rig-length and hookup constraints, so the engine could only offer sites that fit. Voice AI took the after-hours line and wrote reservations directly into the same calendar. Guest messaging moved into the shared inbox attached to the stay.
